Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Growth lead to join our marketing department. The Growth lead will be owner of implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) and growth strategies to help drive business growth and optimize marketing campaigns for the Food Venture in superapp. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in working in the department of communication with customers and CRM, and be interested in working with a lot of data.

  • Planning CRM Activities on time and with no errors.
  • Assist in the implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Help cleaning and maintain the customer data to be accurate and complete and collaborate with other departments to check details.
  • Remove growth roadblocks for Food venture in superapp.
