About this role
The role is focused on safeguarding Snapp's platform through relentless innovation in fraud detection, proactive risk mitigation, unwavering vigilance, and a deep commitment to user protection. We employ cutting-edge technologies, including rule-based fraud prevention systems, graph-based detection tools, and advanced authentication mechanisms, to stay ahead of evolving fraud techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code

• Help maintain effective coding practices, including unit and integration tests, code reviews, and pair programming

• Work with advanced infrastructure technologies to ensure optimal performance and reliability

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables

• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently

• Collaborate actively during design and architectural discussions

• Communicate effectively with a positive and confident attitude, fostering collaboration and teamwork

• Test the code thoroughly before handing it over

• Actively participate in meetings and maintain communication with other team members

• Strong knowledge of Golang.

• In-depth understanding of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), including best practices for database design.

• Experience with tools like Redis, RabbitMQ, and NATS.

• Experience handling high traffic loads and processing large volumes of data.

• Solid understanding of good design principles.

• Familiarity with containers, Docker, and Kubernetes (K8s).

• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.

• Familiarity with graph-based systems is a plus.
