About the Role:

You'll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will gather, analyze, and interpret market data to uncover actionable insights that support business growth, product development, and marketing strategies. In this role, you are encouraged to leverage modern tools and emerging technologies—including AI and automation—to enhance research efficiency, streamline reporting, and identify patterns and opportunities faster and more accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Snapp group teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across functions.

  • Research Design and Execution: Design and conduct efficient, practical research studies using modern, scalable methods.

  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Analyze large datasets and present insights clearly and effectively, leveraging automation where possible.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis to support the growth and positioning of our services.

  • Market Trends: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices.

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify trends and opportunities to strengthen current services and explore new directions.

  • Competitor Tracking: Continuously monitor and improve competitor tracking processes.

  • Customer Focus: Support product and service development that aligns closely with customer needs and behaviors.

  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate marketing and operational performance to understand successes and areas for improvement.

  • Optimization: Help optimize marketing, operations, and product strategies through data insights and automation.

  • Market Expansion: Contribute to deepening our understanding of target market segments and potential areas for expansion.

Job requirements

  • Data Collection: Experience with survey design, questionnaires, and modern data-gathering tools.

  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis, including using automation tools to streamline workflows.

  • Reporting: Skilled in creating effective, visually clear reports—ideally with exposure to automated or AI-supported reporting tools.

  • Marketing Strategy: Understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning.

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to interpret research results, assess consumer preferences, and analyze competitors and markets.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, especially for writing reports and presentations.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python and an interest in using technology to enhance research and reporting.

  • Experience and Education: Relevant academic background and work experience; familiarity with digital tools and AI-supported analytics is a plus.

  • Possessing Business Acumen: Ability to understand e-commerce models and operations and to support effective decision-making that drives business success.
