Your Impact
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective execution of ATL marketing campaigns. By managing media buying, vendor relationships, contracts, and campaign operations, you’ll help deliver offline campaigns accurately, on time, and within budget. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency, strong vendor partnerships, and high-quality campaign execution.

What You’ll Drive Forward

  1. Plan and execute ATL media campaigns across OOH, print, and other offline channels.

  2. Drive the end-to-end media buying process, from vendor coordination and negotiation to campaign execution.

  3. Coordinate contracts, invoices, payments, and required documentation with internal teams and external vendors.

  4. Track campaign timelines, media placements, and deliverables to ensure execution according to the approved plan.

  5. Maintain accurate records of media bookings, campaign assets, vendor information, contracts, and invoices.

  6. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign operations.

  7. Monitor campaign implementation, identify execution issues, and follow through on their resolution.

  8. Support the continuous improvement of offline marketing processes and operational efficiency.

What Powers Your Drive

  1. 3-5 years of experience in offline marketing, media buying, advertising agencies, or campaign operations.

  2. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, and meet tight deadlines.

  5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

  6. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with mapping tools such as Google Maps.

  8. A collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
