About the role

The Offline Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing offline marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This role involves leading various offline marketing initiatives, including event sponsorships, promoter marketing, partnerships, and branded car campaigns, as well as fostering productive relationships with malls, cinemas, and other key offline channels.

The specialist will ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives to meet organizational goals, continuously improve processes, and contribute to the overall growth and visibility of the brand in the market. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to achieve impactful marketing outcomes.

  • Support in Marketing Events, Partnerships, Sponsorship and Promoter Marketing
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Partnership Negotiation and Contract Finalization
  • Launch Preparation and Event Coordination

  • Customer Behavior Analysis and Customized Solutions
  • Competitor Monitoring
  • Cost Control and Weekly Reporting
  • Effective Communication and Project Management

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field ( Advanced degree or certification in marketing is preferred.)
  • 4+ years in offline marketing or related roles, with specific experience in promoter marketing, event coordination, and partnership management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Effective project management and multitasking skills, with an understanding of regional market dynamics
  • Experience managing promoter teams and tracking promoter performance
  • Knowledge of local market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as needed to support events and promoter marketing initiatives
