About the position
We are looking for a Senior Business development specialist to join our growth team. The Senior Business development specialist will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers, as well as developing and maintaining long-term relationships with them. He/She will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking events.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and close sales deals.
  • Follow up with customers after sales, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services, as well as our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product, and finance, to ensure the sales process is smooth and efficient.
  • Attending sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
  • Staying abreast of the latest market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
  • Recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluating and analyzing sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Job requirements

  • +3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
  • Relevant Bachelor's or higher degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Strong ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
  • Analyzing and Reporting Skills
  • Commitment to deadlines, time management
  • Knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven attitude
  • Average English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
