Product Manager | SuperApp

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Super App team and help shape the future of our ecosystem. In this role, you will own product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying customer needs and defining solutions to delivering impactful features at scale.

1. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Super App products and continuously evolve them based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.

2. Translate ambiguous opportunities and complex problems into clear product strategies, actionable initiatives, and measurable outcomes.

3. Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirement definition to execution, launch, and continuous optimization.

4. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, business, and operational teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

5. Leverage data, AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, accelerate workflows, and increase product delivery speed and quality.

6. Build customer-centric products by deeply understanding user behavior, gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and turning insights into product improvements.

7. Use data confidently to define success metrics, measure product performance, monitor adoption, and identify growth opportunities.

8. Own medium- to large-scale feature launches, ensuring successful execution, adoption, and measurable business impact.

9. Manage stakeholder communication effectively and act as the key point of alignment between product, business, and technology teams.

10. Continuously improve existing products by analyzing performance, identifying opportunities, and prioritizing improvements based on impact.

11. Create clear product documentation, maintain alignment across teams, and establish effective processes for product execution.

12. Embrace ownership beyond defined responsibilities, contributing wherever needed to help the team solve problems and achieve shared goals.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines).

2. Based in Tehran and able to work with the team locally.

3. +3 years of proven experience in Product Management or a related product role.

4. Strong track record of owning products/features end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization.

5. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve product processes, decision-making, and execution speed.

6. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to define priorities, measure impact, and make informed product decisions.

7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
