Your Impact
The Product Manager at Snapp is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of specific product areas within the Snapp platform. They are the voice of the user and deeply understand their needs, translating them into innovative and impactful features that drive user growth, engagement, and revenue.

What You’ll Drive Forward

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead large and complex product initiatives. In addition to supporting junior product managers, the candidate will define roadmaps and requirements for medium to large-sized products, ensuring alignment with OKRs.
Responsibilities include conducting user research, data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product delivery. The role involves acting as a facilitator between technical and non-technical teams, engaging with external stakeholders, and managing project timelines.
The candidate will prioritize features, monitor product performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will drive continuous improvement in product management practices and ensure efficient development processes.

What Powers Your Drive

  • Bachelor's or master's in related fields, such as computer engineering, computer science, industrial engineering and MBA.

  • +3 years of experience.

  • Conducting user research, analyzing data, and staying attuned to market trends to deeply understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities.

  • Defining and prioritizing product features and initiatives that align with Snapp's overall strategic goals.

  • Creating and maintaining a product roadmap.

  • Translating user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.).

  • Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to bring products to market.

  • Managing the product lifecycle from launch to iteration, tracking key metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.

  • Understanding the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for differentiation.

  • Proactively identifying and resolving product-related issues.
