About the Role:

As a BI Developer in P&OD team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support our HR initiatives. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver insightful reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports using BI tools.

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various HR systems.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.

• Analyze HR data using statistics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

• Provide training and support to HR team members on BI tools and data interpretation.

• Stay updated with the latest BI trends and technologies to continuously improve our HR analytics capabilities.

• Other HR-related tasks

Job requirements

• graduated in MBA, Statistics, Industrial engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role, preferably within HR.

• Proficiency in BI tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of descriptive statistics.

• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts is a plus.

• Experience with HR systems is a plus.
