Only a few companies have access to high-quality, low-cost last-mile delivery. At the same time, many bikers would like to work more but can’t find customers. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a variety of research methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather relevant market data.
  • Design and execute surveys to gather feedback from customers and bikers/drivers, providing valuable input for service improvements.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to interpret complex data sets related to market to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are integrated into decision-making processes.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Statistics, or similar branches.
  • At least 1 year of experience in related fields
  • Basic understanding of business concepts and market research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Average English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
