About the Position

Snapp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Support Team Lead to join our growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing technical support team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the technical support team in providing exceptional customer service.

  • Plan and oversee the daily operations of the support team, ensuring efficient workflow.

  • Analyze and optimize work processes to improve team productivity and efficiency.

  • Address complex issues and resolve technical problems escalated by the support team.

  • Evaluate team performance, track key metrics, and generate regular reports to management.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, address challenges, and provide constructive feedback.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Train, mentor, and develop the skills of support team members.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.

  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a technical support environment.

  • Proven experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Desk).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Familiarity with relevant technologies (e.g., operating systems, networks, cloud platforms).
