About the Role
The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for reviewing therapy and exercise documents submitted by employees, preparing and sending related reports, and addressing any issues raised. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-up to ensure accurate document analysis and timely responses.
Responsibilities
Review therapy and exercise-related documents submitted by employees with precision and attention to detail.
Build and maintain strong communication channels to respond to employee inquiries and concerns about supplementary insurance and benefits.
Elevate the quality of supplementary insurance and benefits services .
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports to management.
Investigate and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to supplementary insurance and benefits.
Foster effective communication with employees to address concerns and provide clarity.
Ensure timely resolution of pending matters through diligent follow-ups.
Collaborate with other departments to improve process efficiency and boost employee satisfaction.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Familiarity with supplementary insurance matters.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in reporting and using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to follow-ups.
Teamwork capabilities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
High level of responsibility and flexibility.
