As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how our organization is perceived—both internally and externally. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will craft compelling narratives that highlight our culture, people, and values. Through strategic storytelling and effective communication channels, you will strengthen engagement, alignment, and trust across the organization while positioning Snapp! as an employer of choice.

  • Weave Captivating Narratives: Design, write, and produce engaging stories and content that spotlight our organization’s culture, achievements, and people. From scripting to storytelling, your creativity will bring our internal and external brand to life.

  • Enhance Internal Communications: Collaborate with teams to ensure transparent, efficient, and meaningful communication across the organization, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

  • Strengthen External Relationships: Partner with key stakeholders, external collaborators, and community members to elevate our employer brand and create impactful connections.

  • Manage Internal Communication Channels: Oversee and optimize internal platforms to ensure employees stay informed, engaged, and aligned with the organization’s mission.

Job requirements

  • Proven Writing Skills: You’re a master of words, with a strong grasp of editing, proofreading, and crafting professional yet engaging content.

  • Exceptional Communication: You can connect with audiences of all kinds, tailoring your message to resonate and inspire.

  • Strategic Thinker: You see the bigger picture and can align storytelling with organizational goals.

  • Team Player: Collaboration is second nature to you, and you thrive when working cross-functionally.

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in HR: You have a solid understanding of HR practices and how they intersect with employer branding.

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with visual content creation using tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Basic knowledge of photography and videography principles.

  • Familiarity with photo and video editing tools for enhancing storytelling assets.

  • Experience supporting employer branding or internal culture initiatives at scale.
