About the Role

Snapp is now offering multiple services within one app which is enabling Iranians to fulfill their everyday needs by having everything at their fingertips. Our customers can now use services like internet taxis, food and grocery delivery, medical consultation, book hotels, buses or flights, get mobile and internet recharge or deliver items by bike, car or truck and many more services within one app.
The position is to lead and grow services on Super App by creating and executing marketing plans, deep-diving into commercial, ops and customer services to identify growth blockers and suggest and implement their solutions by aligning with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-venture CRM and growth campaigns and align marketing activities.

  • Regularly run, assess and review cross-channel campaigns and optimize their performance through ongoing tests.

  • Coordinate with various team members from business units and ventures and suggest initiative possibilities from CRM standpoints.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.

  • Commercial and marketing analysis for ventures to break status-quo and continuously improve the business.

Job requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and impactful communication.

  • Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and decision support.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration, build trust, and facilitate information sharing.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams.

  • Ability to inspire, guide, and unite cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all deliverables.

  • Expertise in simplifying and conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
