About the Position
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and establishing B2B partnerships to drive growth for Snapp Carfix. This role involves managing vendor relationships, improving financial processes, and ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams. The specialist will also play a key role in conducting market research, and surveys, preparing comprehensive reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Specialist, you are responsible for creating products and services, market analysis and pricing strategy for Carfix and e-commerce.
Analyzing sales and data:
analyze sales data to help inform strategies and promotions.
analyze competitors’ data and create monthly/weekly reports.
Analyzing sales channels:
benchmarking existing sales and services in the car industry in offline and online competitors
Manufacturer analysis and contracts:
Listing manufacturers, analyzing the brand’s market share and supporting supply to negotiate and close contracts with desired manufacturers and merchants
Coordination with internal teams:
Alignments on surveys and performance analysis with drivers club, BD and commercial R&D team.
Setting targets and following up with Snapp Carfix supply and Ops team to reach them.
Job requirements
Proven experience in business development, B2B partnerships, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial processes and budget management.
Excellent market research, analytical, and reporting skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in preparing SOPs and managing multi-stakeholder contracts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Medium-level English proficiency.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
