Ride Experience is one of the largest and most critical verticals at Snapp. As part of this dedicated team, our primary responsibility lies in ensuring the utmost quality of the rides offered to our customers. This involves working on enhancing both the passenger and driver apps, guaranteeing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all users. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and innovation, our team plays an important role in shaping the overall success of Snapp.

About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work directly with the Product Managers, and you will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and success of the product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business teams, and … to address user pains and needs and offer solutions for the problems.


Responsibilities

  • Discovering new features.

  • Data analysis and impact analysis.

  • Owning small products and helping with following up on the implementation and delivery of epics.

  • Speedup product delivery.

  • Provide more meaningful impacts for business features.

  • Suggest data-driven features in roadmaps.

  • Writing in-detail documents and user stories.

  • Working closely with the design and UX research team to make new features ready for release.

  • Work with internal teams, including developers, designers, QA, and …

  • Identify market opportunities and help define product vision.

  • Do comprehensive benchmarks in order to suggest new opportunities and features.

Job requirements


    • BS/MS Degree in Computer/IT Engineering / MBA or any related field.

    • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (Product management)

    • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and running queries.

    • Ability to design meaningful product metrics.

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communicational skills.

    • Knowledge of prioritizing methods.

    • Knowledge of agile methodologies and respective tools, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.

    • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
