About the position

The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing online communities, creating and curating content, monitoring social media platforms, engaging with users, moderating discussions, and analyzing performance metrics.


Responsibilities

  • Create new content to assist marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the marketing department for campaign execution & success 
  • Increase the overall digital penetration for the brand via multiple relevant touch points as per the relevant target audience 
  • Overall Calendar planning in line with the business vision and goals
  • Reputation Management (Across Social Media Platforms) 

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or any related field
  • Experience in social media management and community building
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, tools, and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in digital marketing, customer service, or related fields is a plus
  • Good command of English (Understanding, Writing)
